If you hold this visa, your family may accompany you, and they may work and study in Australia.
If you hold this visa, you must invest funds in a designated investment in Australia for four years.
This visa offers a pathway to permanent Australian residence, but to be eligible for a permanent business skills visa, you must comply with all obligations and conditions of the visa.

State/Territory Sponsored Investor Visa
This visa is designed for those people, who can make a considerable long term financial investment in Australia. You must be sponsored by an Australian state or territory government agency other than the Australian Capital Territory.
You must be over 55 years old at the time of application and must not have any dependents other than your spouse.
If you hold this visa, you can live in Australia for four years and you can have your spouse accompany with you.
This is a temporary visa and will not lead to Australian permanent residence or citizenship.
