Do I need an appointment?

Can I receive advice by phone or video?
Yes. We assist clients by telephone and online consultation, including clients outside Sydney and overseas.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Where possible, bring any relevant visa documents, Department correspondence, tribunal decisions, passports, identity documents and supporting evidence relating to your matter.
Can I upload documents before speaking with you?
Yes. Our Migration Enquiry & Assessment Form allows you to upload relevant documents so our team can conduct an initial review before contacting you.
Do you assist clients outside Australia?
Yes. We regularly assist clients located in Australia and overseas with Australian migration matters.
How quickly will my enquiry be reviewed?
We review enquiries as soon as practicable. Urgent matters should also contact our office by phone.
