Performs maintenance, cleaning and related building work at height on tall or architecturally complex buildings, independently or as part of a small team.
Typical tasks and duties
High Access Maintenance and Cleaning Technician may perform the following tasks:
- installing and inspecting rope-access anchor points
- setting up and using water-fed window-cleaning and filtration systems
- setting up and using high-pressure cleaning equipment
- carrying out caulking, sealing and building repairs
- cleaning windows on high-rise, low-rise, commercial and industrial buildings
- performing painting and related maintenance where required
